Cancellation Policy

Please advise us of room cancellation three (3) days prior to the date of your reservation, otherwise down payment     

shall not be refunded.

Down payment refund is subject to a processing fee of Php 250 /room per night.

Non- In House Guests / Visitors

Non- In House Guests / Visitors are allowed inside guest rooms until 11PM.
For Penthouse Events, non- in house visitors are allowed inside the suite until 12 midnight.
 

We love purple but we believe in going green!

Here at The Purple Tree we do our best to conserve water and energy. As part of  our environmental initiative bed linens are changed every three (3) days and bath linens are changed every other day.

Should you require additional linen changes, feel free to coordinate with our Front Desk.
Applicable fees for additional linen changes.

Strictly no smoking in the guest rooms.

Cleaning fees imposed.

 

Damage to property will be charged per item.

This includes but is not limited to damage on bath and bed linens, curtains, room walls, bathroom fixtures, and appliances.

 

Corkage Fee

Bringing of personal food and drinks and dining in your guestroom/suite is free of corkage.
Bringing of personal food and drinks and dining in the bed & breakfast Courtyard is subject to corkage fees:

Php 100    Meal per person
Php 30      Alcoholic and Nonalcoholic beverages- Small bottle or can

Php 100    Alcoholic and Nonalcoholic beverages- Large/Family size bottle
Php 300    Hard Liquor- Large/Family size bottle

Restaurant/Fast-food delivery is permitted, however, all deliveries are subject to a corkage fee of 20% of the receipt.
Enjoy corkage free delivery when supporting our neighbors- GrubHouse and Zark's Burgers!

Pets are not allowed within the premises of the bed & breakfast
With the exception to Purple, our turtle!
 

Please feel free to take a dip in our pool!

In-house guests may use the pool free of charge. Please observe proper swimwear.
